Once you have supplied us with the necessary information via email (photos, dimensions, property’s postcode) we can then let you know what options are available for your window and provide you with an approximate quotation.
When the quote has been agreed, we then arrange a visit to your property to conduct our own accurate survey of the window(s). It’s at this stage that we would explain in more detail about how the blinds or shutters will operate, go through the colour selections and basically answer any questions you may have.
We request a deposit at the site survey stage of the process with the remaining balance payable on the day of the installation.
The blinds or shutters will then proceed to manaufacture with a view to installing them, generally, between *6-10 weeks later for blinds, dependant on blind type, and 10-14 weeks later for shutters.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a supply-only service. All the products we supply are installed only by our own fitters.

Although we do travel throughout much of mainland UK to undertake the specialist nature of our work, we inevitably have to make a charge for travelling, fuel and time.
The charge is individual and unique to the location of each job and our quotations are always inclusive of this charge.
Please note that as we are based in Lancashire, England we do have some limitations as to where we are prepared to travel to. The location of the proposed work is always our first question to all enquiries we receive.
As a general rule, we don’t undertake work in the southern most counties of England or Wales and generally, we don’t travel much further than the Scottish border.
